The Bonnie Mohr Studio, and our dairy farm "Glenmark Genetics" was a tour stop this past week for a group of 12 Egyptian travelers. Over the course of a month, two groups of 12 Egyptian agriculturalist will tour US Dairy farms, creameries, and other related stops, that play a role in the production and retailing of safe and nutritious dairy products. Dennis Bergquist, a retired dairy herd management instructor at Ridgewater College, in Hutchinson, MN, is their instructor and tour guide. Dennis commented that it is the hope that they will take back to Egypt a more clear understanding of efficient and quality agriculture production and also a favorable impression of America and it's culture.
