The journey continues,...  along with the close of summer and getting the children back to school, comes my favorite season of the year - AUTUMN!!  Childhood memories of beautiful fall colors,  decorating for Halloween, and the sound of the corn dryer going all night long are as vivid in my mind as though it were yesterday.   Although we don't use a corn dryer on our dairy farm today,  each autumn rekindles my deep passion for this romantic and beautiful season of color and fragrance in Rural Minnesota.  Our Holstein cows silhouette the pasture horizon more distinct than ever, this time of year!
